Moral Fibre Food first sprouted its leaves in 2014 when founder Jenny, inspired by her healthy and active upbringing in Sydney, Australia set about creating simple, delicious and, most importantly, healthy snacks that sold in a large number of retail outlets around the UK including Selfridges, As Nature Intended and Daylesford.
Since then, Moral Fibre has moved on to celebrate a selection of many sensational plant-based products, big on flavour and nutritional content, from an array of impressive artisan producers, most of whom you will not find in the supermarket.
Whether it’s a thoughtful present or just your time, one of the greatest joys in life has to be in the gift of giving.
Jenny is passionate about how and why we can improve our sense of well-being through delicious whole foods. Currently studying Biomedicine and Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, she is delving deeper into using food as medicine to treat the cause of an imbalance or illness in the body. Just as importantly, it’s also how can we help prevent this happening in the first instance.
The three major killers in the world are cardiovascular disease (think strokes and heart attacks), cancer, and coming close behind, Type 2 Diabetes. While genetics may be involved, most of these illnesses are lifestyle related and therefore, can be vastly improved or even reversed.
Moral Fibre works alongside medical practitioners, dieticians and nutritionists to provide a holistic approach to healing, increased vitality and wellness. Time and budget constraints aside, we all have the ability to take control and improve our health, one baby step at a time.

Our Products
We believe that the food we eat should be delicious and energising. Based in Tring, Hertfordshire, our hamper products are bursting with natural flavours and raw energy
Each product has been carefully sourced, tried and tasted. Fibre-filled, gluten and dairy free and full of natural goodness they ensure our hampers are perfect for just about everyone. The selection of snacks are as close to raw as possible as they gently dehydrated to preserve flavour and nutrients.
Whether part of a main meal, a snack or a welcome surprise in a lunch box, you can be assured that you are getting only the very best ingredients from these exquisite and often unusual products in our hampers, without any added refined sugar.
Our Packaging
We strive to be as ethical as possible.
Our packaging is almost as guilt-free as our food.
We whole-heartedly believe in reducing land-fill and our suppliers do too, so you will find that 90% of our products are packaged in sustainable materials that can be home composted or recycled. The glass jars, of course, are reusable.
